The Wash

Located in a former car wash in East Nashville, The Wash restaurant incubator and food hall provides alternative options to chefs and owners who may not have the means or desire to invest heavily in a permanent conventional space. The opening lineup in Spring 2022 consisted of:

Bay 1 — 2 Peruvian Chefs. Authentic Peruvian street food. Open 11 am-8 pm Tue-Sat, 11 am-3 pm Sun. Closed Mon.

Bay 2 — Soy Cubano. Cuban fare with sandwiches + empanadas. Open 8 am-3 pm Tue, 8 am-6 pm Wed-Fri, 8 am-4 pm Sat. Closed Sun-Mon.

Bay 3 — The Poki. Hawaiian poke bowls with a twist. Open 11 am-8 pm Mon-Sat. Closed Sun.

Bay 4 — Tootsie Lou’s Tacos. Specialty tacos, sides, and sweets. Open 11 am-4 pm Mon and Thu, 11am-9 pm Fri-Sat, 11 am-8 pm Sun. Closed Tue-Wed.

Bay 5 — East Side Pho. Pho concept from the owners of East Side Banh Mi. Open 11 am-8 pm Tue-Thu, 11 am-9 pm Fri-Sun. Closed Mon.

Bay 6 — Cocktail Bar. Intimate bar serving cocktails, beer and wine. Open 11 am-10 pm Mon-Thu, 11 am-11 pm Fri, 10 am-11 pm Sat-Sun.
